Online Services:

• QuickCert USA provides online issuance, including Chamber of Commerce certification, of U.S Certificates of Origin & Invoices.
• Documents can be prepared and submitted online by exporters; simply download the completed and fully certified documents at your desk.
• Blair Consular staff can also prepare and submit documents online on your behalf, sending you the completed certified documents electronically, for downloading at your desk.
• Certificates of Origin and related documents can be sent electronically to Blair Consular in Washington for hand delivery to the National U.S Arab Chamber of Commerce and relevant Embassies for legalization.
